LLP is having turnover of rs.50 lakh. So it is auditable under LLP act but not under income tax act.
What would be its itr due date ??

1) 31st July 2022 , if Audit under income tax not required.
2) LLP Audit before filling with MCA .
2) LLP Audit before filling with MCA .
The due date for ITR will be 31st October because it will be liable to audit under LLP Act.
Please do not consider my above reply .
