Due Date of filing ITR for the PY 2019-20, AY 2020-21 :

1). For Individuals : 31st December 2020 ( 31/12/2020 ).

2). Tax Audit Report : 31st December 2020 ( 31/12/2020 ).

3). For Taxpayers ( including Partners ) whose accounts are subject to Audit : 31st January 2021 ( 31/01/2021 ).
