ITR Capital Gain
Advance received in March 18 also TDS deducted on it, but Sale of building in June 18. What will be the treatment of Advance received as it is in my Bank statement while filing Return??

If only advance amount, you need not offer capital gains for AY 2018-19, and carry forward the TDS amount while filing ITR.
