I am non resident in residential status and I missed out on filing IT returns for AY 2022-23. Our only source of income in this period is from Bank FDs interest and savings bank interest. We typically get this interest back as refund after filing since our overall interest is lower than tax slab. However, i am struggling this time to file returns using the income tax dept provided excel tools under section 139(8A) / ITR-U due to tool errors which i am not able to resolve (Amount in 4 cannot be greater than amount in 6). Any idea how to proceed ? Reached out to some online eCA services, and they claim they can file on my behalf but not get refund back
