Quick Summary
This discussion addresses which Income Tax Return (ITR) form a newly opened charitable trust should use. The user has received donations and incurred expenses but lacks 80G and 12AA registration. The advice provided suggests that ITR 5 is the appropriate form in this scenario, especially if the trust is not registered under section 21A.

ITR 5 is to be filed if not registered u/s 21a
