ITR 5 Excel Utility Error
Has someone encountered an error despite gemeration of JSON while uploading ITR 5.Even the new excel utility is not working.

I was able to solve it ma'am.The Text file which comes with utility has the instructions for it.Some Microsoft software needs to be downloaded and restsrt the system.Try it,it works
