If a person having income under 44Ad & Capital gain , then ITR 3 form with balance Sheet need to filed . So, providing all financial particular in return - not able to avail benefit in 44Ad even due to 100rs capital gain.
Please advice - how he can avail 44Ad benefit without giving balancesheet with Capital gain income?

Business income under presumptive scheme can be declared in ITR 3, by not providing details as per BS & P&L accounts, but by filling few details under..... 'In case no accounts maintained' at the bottom of the schedules...
Check the raws at bottom of the sheets......... Sr. no. 6 in 'BS' & Sr. no. 53 in 'P&L'
Don't forget to selcect 'No'........ for the query:

Can you tell me what is liability u/s. 44AA?
