how much time to process ITR-4. I have filled ITR on 12 July still it's under process but my brother file his ITR 4 today morning and same processed by after 2 hours

Its random selection, also depends upon the ITR data matching with AIR data. May take about 2 more months, if found any discrepancy.

Depends on transactions and details available in your AIS/SFT/26AS etc.
