I FOUND THE ERROR.  I had filled PR2 version. Then new version came. INSTEAD OF IMPORTING " IMPORT FROM PREVIOUS VERSION" I USED "IMPORT PERSONAL/ TAX DETAILS".  Even though there was all sheets were validated there were schemea problems.
