In ITR-4, if regular books are maintaned, under which heading do I declare my fixed deposits??
There is a heading called Balance with Banks (3iii) in Part BS if regular books are maintaned. Does this include fixed deposits?

no according to me it should be shown in 3b(ii) in BS whether regulare books are maintained or not.
