I am trying to file an ITR 3 under Section 44AD but at the time of validation of the return, an error is displayed "Since your income from "Profits and Gains from Business and Profession exceeds the basic exemption limit kindly fill up details in Balance sheet". Since proper books of accounts are not maintained, I filled only item 6 under Balance Sheet. Please suggest a solution

Report the same under Grievances.
Its software problem.
If you are filing ITR 3 then you have to feed data in BS and PL account
But sir since I am filing the return on presumptive basis u/s. 44AD, proper books of accounts are not maintained so as to feed the data in the BS and PL. In such a case how do I file the return?
You can add "zeroes " in the respective fields and proceed with filing
I am getting below when trying to file ITR3 for a client having income from profession (as attached)
when clicking on the suggesting below screen appears:
