in the ITR submission even after uploading the Form 10IE and its acknowledgement the return not getting submitted the error persists.Pls clarify

Quick Summary
Download latest utility Ver. 1.1.11 from the portal & tray again..
While uploading in online mode the issue happens,not through offline mode sir.
What is the error?
Either wait for a day & try. Or file grievance with the error code &/or screenshot.
Error is new tax regime cannot be opted without filing Form 10IE,inspite of filing also
When did you file form 10IE?
Wait till it reflects in the system..
