Quick Summary
This discussion addresses two common errors encountered when filing ITR-3: the requirement to enter a buyer's PAN, even for stock trading without property transactions, and how to correctly report 'tax claimed in own hands' when no TDS has been deducted or for commission/brokerage income. Guidance is provided on entering '0' or 'NIL' for these fields when not applicable.

Tax claimed in own hands means the tds which have deducted

in case if you have no such transactions then you should fill such column with "0" or NIL
Please elaborate your query

ITR 3 > Under Schedule TDS > column TDS3
2 errors left

Error 1.  Please enter the PAN of the buyer (  i had no long / short term transactions related to properties,   who it the PAN of buyer in my case)
error 2. Please enter Tax claimed in own hands  ( ZERO or  How much amount i was claiming as refund )

No unclaimed TDS brought forward in my case
My income is sale of services ( COMMISSION / Brokerage )

Thanks in advance
