Hi,

Please could anyone tell me whether the following question has to be set to yes or no as I do not understand what it means:

1. Whether any transaction has been made with a person located in a jurisdiction notified u/s 94A of the Act? □ Yes □ No.
2. PLACE under Verification, should be it some specific town or I can put my home place from where I shall submit
3. Schedule EI - Should i put in provident fund interest?
