My employer issued Form 16A in respect of the stipend income. Can this income be shown under the head salary income? If not, then under which head should it be booked? And which ITR to be filed for the same??

Stipend is given to an apprentice. There is no employer-employee relationship. Hence stipend cannot be shown under salaries. It should be shown under Income from other sources. ITR-1 to be filed.

any income received from employer will liable under salaries weather its is cahrgeable in nature

My compensation was in the form of retainers fee and Form 16A was issued by my employer. Is it liable under salary? If not, then under which head. Which ITR to be filed for the same??
