IF A PERSON E-FILLED BELATED RETUR AND FORGET TO SEND ITR V TO CPC WITH IN 120DAYS .
NOW WHAT HE SHOULD DO.?

As the return is already belated return, he may file his return again and may send the ITR-V.

Time limit for filling of old ITR-V has been increased upto Feb-2013. Pl refer to notification no. 1/2013 Dated 7-1-2013 or reach to following link

A belated return cannot be revised.
I have not faced such situation in practice but I guess the system will not accept the 2nd belated return at uploading time.
It is better to file a belated return manually if time permits under section 139 because as you have not yet sent the ITR V, it will be deemed you have not yet filed return electronically.
Or, if there is time for sending, follow that route.
