Sir,
One bank account is validated and EVC ready but still please add bank name error persists.
2 other bank accounts were submitted for revalidation as this error cropped up repeatedly. This is not getting done. All bank details are in order.
Do you suggest to try offline mode since this problem does not seem will ever go away?

I am also facing same problem. while filing ITR 2 the name is not auto populated in verification column, in case the name in PAN record is only surname.
