Hi,

I have been awarded with RSU during FY 14-15 by my company.

I am using Java utility to fill ITR-2, but schedule FA is all grey. I am not able to enter details for the same.

Did i miss something while entering other schedules? What all schedules i need to fill so that Schedule FA gets highlighted to enter details.

Thanks
Varun

Even after selecting yes in TTI column 15 can not get it activated. please help.

Its point number 19 in Schedule Part B - TTI. Fill that to Yes.

Thank you sir.

I have been awarded RSU by the company and have also purchased company's shares through employee stock purchase plan. Earlier I used to declare them in section D (Details of any other Capital Asset held (including any beneficial interest) at any time during the previous year) of Schedule FA. But this year there is a section A3 also (Details of Foreign Equity and Debt Interest held (including any beneficial interest) in any entity at any time during the relevant accounting period)

Can someone please clarify where should such shares be declared - section A3 or section D of schedule FA?

Hi,

I am also facing similar issue as @ Rahul Kesharwani.

My employer gave me the stocks at a discounted price in FY2017-18 for which my employer deducted the tax on the difference. The employer in France converted those stocks into a "managed fund". Each year I get dividend on those shares which gets reinvested into the fund. My ques -

1. Where do I disclose these assets - in Schedule FA? Which subsection to be precise?

2. do i need to pay tax on the reinvested dividend? Note - the fund or French govt do not deduct any taxes on that.
