ITR 1 with Refund filed but return not processed yet

Hello Members,

I have filed and e-verified ITR 1 (refund) by mid August for AY 2020-21 but the same has not yet been processed by department and no refund is received yet. All the Information has been correctly entered and no query has been raised by the department as well. Please guide for further action. Are there delays in issuing refunds by IT Department for AY 2020-21??
