on line filing itr 1 return when I confirm the person details I am unable to proceed further. No error shows what can I do

Try Offline Utility, it is working fine as per my experience.
Or wait for some technical issue to get resolved.

Yes there is some technical issue, try after some time it will work properly
There is no technical issue.Issue might be due to non selection two options as said above
There was technical error, and your proble is sorted by updation of pin code in person details
Even country code of mobile number will be different country by default if you are filing online
