Yes.... I agreed with Mr Naimish Sanghvi.

But, I have some different view with solution...

@ Open Singh.,

As per Your last question "TDS deducted on your PAN".

So, You can try to file Condonation delay request under sec Section 119(2)(b).
ok sir, can I apply it online or how

You can not file ITR of earlier financial years, ITR is to be filed every year. You can file ITR for FY 2018-19 only, Due date is 31.7.2019 without late fees, and 31.3.2020 with late fees.

ok sir, can I apply it online or how?

- It's not available through online. You can apply directly to Your Jurisdictional CIT.
After accept the request then You can file ITR with the Accepted state.
Raja Sir, thank a lot for your advise, will gone on it, thanks
Sir one of my friends pay slip his PAN no is not showing as a result a higher deduction of 20% is dedicated and return for Q1,Q2,Q3 is filled without PAN no...My question is if he wants to file the return how could he do it..
Better to ask revise the TDS return with Pan to the employer.
