I have Salary of 1.7 lakhs & Commission Rs.3.36 Lakhs under Section 194H for a short duration work only in 2021-22 & Bank interest income 40K . Thru IT efilling site under old regime net income comes below 5 lakhs. Do I need to file ITR if yes Can I file ITR 1

You need to file ITR 3 for commission income u/s. 194H...
Now if commission income is only say rs.5 lacs.
