I am a salary person, I have filled my ITR-1 though Income Tax agent, while filling they are not using their TRP No. But they takes their processing fee.
My question is that, why they are not their TRP No, they have no responsible any mistake in returned filled.
And wants to know when TRP No is required for filling return

May be he is not registered as TRP
sir, but is he authorise to do or not
anybody can file return finally you are responsible for that because you have provided data for that
