Quick Summary
A user is seeking advice on whether to claim a deduction under Section 80GGC of the Income Tax Act for their client, who did not actually make any political donations. The client wishes to claim this deduction again, despite having done so fraudulently last year. Other users are strongly advising against this, highlighting that it constitutes fraud and could lead to serious problems for both the client and the tax professional.

Don't do these types of mistakes.
But its discretion of your client. if your client is willing to claim then let him claim.
As a professional it's our responsibility to aware people regarding frauds. so don't do ..
Agree with Mr. Atul

In future this type of act, create problems to you & your client

Better to avoid
Don't do it
it's fraud
