Itr 1 80ggc
last year my client claimed donation to political party u/s 80ggc (actually he didnt make any donation).,and the i.t return is successfully processed..this time am filing his return,he s suggestng me to claim again even though he didn't make any donation....what to do ,help me out

Don't do these types of mistakes.
But its discretion of your client. if your client is willing to claim then let him claim.
As a professional it's our responsibility to aware people regarding frauds. so don't do ..
