payment made in cash in excess of Rs 10000 for purchase of Fixed Asset. can itc be claimed ?

Sec 40A(3) of I T Act, doesn't restrict claim of ITC under GST.
you can claim itc. but can't claim depreciation.
No restriction on ITC. u can claim it
