ITC status under amnesty scheme

We revoked our GST under amnesty scheme 30/06/23 and pay all penalty. Can we avail GST ITC fothe period October 2021 to March 2022?

Amnesty scheme is only for a specific reason. The reason for this amnesty scheme was to provide extended time for revocation.
Therefore ITC will not be available.
