Can someone tell me where the ITC reversal shown in gstr 9 i.e. under which table?

I hope you are filing GSTR9 for F.Y 20-21
1) So have you taken input tax credit in 20-21 and reverse in the same year ?.
2) what is the reason for reversal of ITC .
