I have availed itc in fy 17-18 as it was B2B transaction but my dealer showed B2C transaction so i got the notice for same from dept.
we already have filed gstr 9 in 2020
please suggest what should i do?
itc amount is more than Rs. 200,000
Practically many things can happen by oversight and also during 17-18 there were many technical issues.
So this is not a big issue since no tax was evaded.
During introduction stage of GST many were not aware of website..
These are justifiable .
B2C was completely paid to dept . So these kind of adjustments are very much allowed
