HOW TO CLAIM ITC REFUND FOR THE MONTH IN WHICH NO EXPORT HAS BEEN MADE BUT GOODS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FOR LATER EXPORTS. WE ARE A COMPANY WITH 100% EXPORT SALE. BUT EXPORTS ARE MADE NOT ON MONTHLY BASIS.

Refund for ITC is to be claimed monthly basis and if export turnover in a month is zero then no refund can be claimed in that particular month. Better to use that credit for payment of duty on export and get refund automatically through Icegate.

Sir we are exporting against LUT. There was a notification stating that we can apply quaterly/ half yearly refunds. but still not applied.

Can u please explain how to pay duty on export & claim refund from IGST.

Presently only monthly basis refund claim is available.
You can make export on payment of duty. For refund of duty paid on export you need not file any refund claim. Your shipping bill will be treated as refund claim. The refund will be processed only after filing of valid return for that shipping bill.

Can we use SGST to pay IGST for export without LUT
