CAN I TAKE ITC ON PURCHASE OF TYRES OF COMMERCIAL TRUCK,DUMPER, MACHINES WHICH ARE USED IN MINING BUSINESS

As per me, if you are using it for transportation of goods you can avail ITC

you can avail itc but output tax @ 12%,, without ITC 5 %
