Please clarify whether we are elegible for ITC on repair bills of company owned cars?
Also ITC eligible for company staff pick up & drop by bus?

No....... you cannot claim ITC on car repair.
Yes if Pickup is minimum 13Seater , then you can claim ITC on its repair
