We have a Delhi state registration & one of our property located in UP state (G Noida). Can we claim ITC on maintenance charges at Delhi registration.

No, because the GST charged would be under CGST+ SGST and not IGST,,,

Not available, since both are in separate states and Place of supply in case of immovable property is location of said property.Further, input of one state cannot be set off against tac liability of other state.
