IF I PAID THE RCM LIABILITY AS ON TODAY SHALL WE GET THE ITC OF CURRENT PERIOD. IF NO, PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO SOLVE THIS MATTER. IS WHOLE PAYMENT OF RCM GOES TO GOVT. WITHOUT ITC
