QUERY - CAN WE TAKE THE CLAIM AFTER DEPOSIT ??
NOTE : WE HAVE ALREADY FILED OUR SEPTEMBER 3 B return
If RCM is paid late, you must have deposit alongwith interest. But after you have paid you can claim its ITC.
