ITC on oil tankers
Can I take ITC on oil tankers purchased where GST is being paid under RCM by the recipient of transport services given by the oil tankers. I have no other taxable business.

If you are registered GTA Providing Services under RCM, than you can not claim ITC of oil tankers.
