Assessee is a Partnership Firm bought Tata Ace for transportation of bakery items , my query is weather ITC on same can be claimed .
also assessee is supplying exempted goods so what would be impact on ITC if available.

As per the clarification by gst council the transport which are included in transportation of goods , the assessee owns the transport can avail the itc.
