ITC on motor vehicle

yes itc is available but be sure you register it as commercial vehicle in yellow plates and not private vehicle with white plates.

He is trader not GTA, Can he claim ITC ? 

@ Mr. Manoj ......ITC will be allowed on motor vehicles (and other conveyances) used to transport goods from one place to another. However, this is concerning other transporters and not goods transport agencies (GTA).

No need to confuse for the vehicle to Transporter or Not...

If Vehicle using to transportation of goods as per above REPLIES then Purchaser can be avail ITC. It's not only to Transporter. It's available to any of the Company, Traders, Service providers and others....
