i have a Car and Home. i am paid installment and bank charge GST on loan repayment Can i claim ITC on loan Repayment. please help.

Please mention reference to some section or notification number..
In case car it's being block u/s 17(5) & For home It' does not fulfill the condition prescribed condition in Section 16 of CGST not being used in course or furtherance of business
