Dear Sir,

we are Supplier of Marbles cut pieces. we have purchased Camera for security Purposes bill reflect in 2A Please advise can we Claim ITC on Camera bill.

Yes you can claim Input Tax Credit ( ITC ) since the CCTV Camera is being used in the course of or furtherance of business [ Section 16(1) of the CGST Act 2017 ].

Yes offcourse you can claim ITC on same .it is used in course of business.
