Itc on gst paid

i purchased one machine from Jammu in sep22 for rs 1000000 and paid gst of rs. 180000.my supplier is not ready to upload invoice on portal.now what can I do for recovery of my itc.

Find out the Jurisdiction office of supplier from https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp and inform the concerned officer through written complaint
