Whether input tax credit can be taken for materials purchased for constructing the foundation or structure of Plant & Machinery ? GST Act says that ITC can be taken but there are various AAR in which it is ITC is denied??
please guide me about this.

Yes ITC is available in case the construction material is used for plant & machinery.
