No, you can not take ITC on health insurance as it's blocked u/s 17(5) except if it's compulsory to take health insurance of driver as per any law/Act rule.
It is compulsory?
If it is compulsory for ur bussiness then u can avail the credit.
Not at all, you can't claim ITC of health insurance.
