ITC on chartered flight
can we claim input tax credit on chartered flight booked for business purposes?

No you can't because of 17(5)
Yes, you can claim
If it is for business purpose, then you can claim ITC on GST paid for flight booking provided your GSTIN is mentioned in the Invoice. There is no such restrictions under Section 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.
