Gstr 2a shows itc on car and itc on insurance of car purchased for marble business 

i have not claimed itc in 3b

now while filing gstr 9 is it compulsory to reverse itc reflecting in 2a on car and its insurance if yes then in which table should I reverse

 

in this case is it compulsory to file gstr 9 as i am small taxpayer

If your annual turnover does not exceed Rs. 2 crores, it is optional to file GSTR 9

If Your Turnover is below 2 Crore, than For F.Y 2017-18 and F.Y 2018-19, it's not mandatory to file Annual return GSTR 9...

If You are filing your GSTR 9 Voluntarily, than ITC on car ect...which is blocked as per Section 17(5) of CGST Act, 2017 required to be shown in blocked credit column in GSTR 9.

You will have to lapse the said ITC in GSTR 9 and need not reverse.
