can itc on capital goods pertaining to FY 2017-18 bills be used in FY 2019-20.

As per notification 2/2018 dated 31/12/2018 , extended last date to avail ITC , pertains to F.Y 2017-18 was date of furnishing March 2019 return . just confirm with notification. so in my opinion you Can not avail ITC of 2017-18 in F.Y 2019-20 .

Sir, what is the last date to avail itc on capital goods pertaining to fy 2018-19 invoices.

As per section 16(4) of the CGST Act, last date to avail ITC of any invoices pertains to F.Y 2018-19 , was due date of September 2019 month return or Annual return date which ever is earlier. so due date was 20th October 2019 ( Due date of September month return )

Hello there. My name is Promise I am a truck driver, before the whole quarantine incident. I had just one basic routine, wake up ,eat , drive for hours and get home exhausted, haven’t really bothered about my credit or even paid attention to it.
