ITC can be claimed only under Work's Contractor services

Sir, you mean to say that ITC can be availed on inputs or input services used for civil works ( basement work) meant for installation of machinery.

Is it right..!!??

Yes you can claim ITC in relation to construction work done for weighbridge as it is not cover by section 17(5).
