Itc on bank charges

Telephone companies, Banks, etc. have started linking GSTIN of their customers with their customer ID or accounts.... so that the gst charged may get linked to the GSTIN directly.... and as such you can avail the ITC.......

At present banks are not in position to oblige the requirement of each & every customers...... but they may revise the details from the beginning, if system allows/demand.

It has been clarified by GOI in twitter handle that ITC can be claimed on bank charges ,bank statement would suffice and no seperate invoice is required for the same.
