if yes then should the bill be raised on co.name?

You have to give your GSTN number and you will get the credit of the same but I know it's a procedural aspect
Electricity has been kept aside under the purview of GST at present. So, electricity does not fall under GST at present. Hence, GST is not applicable for electricity. However, the taxes applicable at present for electricity is continued as before.
Hope it will clear to you, hence no question of ITC in case Elec. Bill.
