Yes, you can claim full ITC in March GSTR-3b provided all other conditions are satisfied.
One more condition is added from 1/10/2022 for Input Tax Credit is that Credit appearing in GSTR2B ,should not restricted under section 38 of the CGST Act 2017. please refer section 38 of the CGST Act .
