Yes its eligible, only thing if any professional bills without gst we have to ok pay reverse charge, if itc in invoice you availed the input. for signboard also itc eligible

Input Tax Credit ( ITC ) for both Professional Services and Glowsign Board is available. There is no such restrictions with regard to these items. However ensure that all the FOUR CONDITIONS as laid down U/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 for claiming ITC has been satisfied.
